You can view the offer: - title, image and summary - eligibility criteria: user type, membership, condition, the parameters for the condition and details about the brand, products and categories, as applicable. - the validity dates: start and end date - the stores where the products can be purchased and redeemed, as applicable. - reward details: chips, product, discount, membership. CHIPS - you will see the amount of chips consumers would get as a reward for the offer you’re viewing PRODUCT - product details consumers will get as a reward (product name, brand, category) DISCOUNT - discount details consumers will get as a reward (% percentage or $ fixed dollar value) MEMBERSHIP - the membership tier consumers will earn as part of the offer. - redemption method: Seller Sends @ Checkout and User Scans QR on Product - the amount of QR codes generated for the offer.

On Chips platform consumers get automated notifications to alert eligible customers about the offer you have created. Offers become visible to the consumers on the start date you set on the offer. Notifications on the mobile app are sent on the date the offer starts. You can also promote the offer through your marketing tools via the link that can be shared through email campaigns, SMS, push notifications, social media, and in-store displays.
Can I create multiple offers at the same time?
Yes, you can create and manage multiple offers simultaneously. This allows you to run different campaigns targeting various customer segments or objectives.
How do I track the performance of my offer?
The platform provides analytics and reporting tools to track key metrics about the earning and burning transactions(redemptions). This helps you measure the success of your offer and make data-driven decisions.
Can I modify or cancel an offer after it’s been launched?
If the offer has been launched, you cannot make modifications to the conditions, stores, reward, but can only extend the end date. The end date cannot be changed for an expired offer.
What happens if a customer tries to redeem an offer after it expires?
Typically, expired offers will not be available for redemption to the consumers and they will not be able to see it on the mobile app.
Expired offers cannot be redeemed, and customers will be notified that the offer is no longer valid.
Are there any costs associated with creating and managing offers?
We are only charging the subscription plan and there are no other associated costs with creating and managing the offers.

Yes, you can set redemption limits per customer or overall. For products, the QR code amount is limited to the amount of QR codes you generate through the offer.
