The Dashboard on the Chips Rewards Loyalty Platform is the central hub for brand owners and managers to oversee and manage various aspects of their loyalty rewards offers. It provides a comprehensive view of key metrics and recent activities.
The Dashboard shows key metric for a specific Brand. If you own multiple Brands, you can always apply the Brand filter in the upper left corner to view the metrics for that Brand.

If you are new to Chips Platform, there will be no data to be displayed at first. Once you have active Rewards Offers, the dashboard will start displaying the key metrics.
Key Sections of the Dashboard
1. Overview Cards
Total Chips Earned: Displays the total number of loyalty points (Chips) earned by users.
Total Codes Scanned: Shows the cumulative count of Product rewards codes scanned by users.
Total Rewards Redeemed: Indicates the total number of rewards redeemed by users using their Chips.
Engaged Users: Represents the number of users actively participating in the loyalty offers(weekly).

2. Graphs Section
Overall Chips Earned: Visualizes the total Chips earned over time per Brand
Top Redemption Stores: Ranks stores by the frequency of reward redemptions.
Most Scanned Products: Lists products by the number of times their codes have been scanned.
Most Redeemed Product: Shows which products have been most frequently redeemed using Chips.
The Dashboard is designed to provide you with a snapshot of the Rewards Offers

What metrics can I track on the dashboard? You can track metrics such as total chips earned, total codes scanned, total rewards redeemed, engaged users, overall chips earned, top redemption stores, most scanned products, and most redeemed products.
Can I customize the dashboard view? Unfortunately not, currently that is not possible but we are always looking for ways to improve our product. If this is important to you, you can always vote for this feature to prioritize on our roadmap.
How often is the data on the dashboard updated? The data on the dashboard is updated in real-time or at regular intervals, depending on the specific metrics, ensuring you always have the latest insights.
Can I export data from the dashboard Export data is possible from the Analytics module on Chips platform. Each Report from the Analytics module, offers export options that allow you to download reports and data for further analysis or integration with other tools.
How do I interpret the graphs and charts on the dashboard. The graphs and charts provide visual representations of key performance indicators, helping you easily understand trends and performance metrics over specific time frames.
Is it possible to view data from specific time periods? Yes, you can filter the dashboard data to view metrics over different time periods, such as daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. These options are available in the upper right corner of the graph widget.
Can I view data specific to certain stores or locations? The Dashboard displays the overall performance of the top 5 Stores. For a more detailed analysis on Stores performance, you can always check the reports form the Analytics module.
How do I access the dashboard? The dashboard is accessible upon logging into the Chips Rewards Platform with your admin credentials.
What should I do if the dashboard data doesn't seem accurate? If you notice any discrepancies in the dashboard data, you should contact our support team for assistance. They can help troubleshoot and resolve any issues.
