The Chips platform is designed to seamlessly integrate with a variety of tools and systems, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for brands. By connecting the Chips platform with your existing infrastructure, you can maximize the impact of your loyalty programs, streamline operations, and gain deeper insights into customer behavior.

Stripe Integration

Stripe integration with the Chips platform makes managing payments effortless and secure. Because Stripe is largely used in online business, the integration with Stripe allows leveraging the rewards offers for your online or ecommerce business.

To enable Rewards offers from Chips platform to your online customers, enable the Stripe integration first.

  1. Adding the Stripe Integration

To enable Stripe integration for your online business, go to Integrations tab from My Account.

From the list, choose Stripe integration and click on Add to begin the setup process.

  1. Authorizing Access with Stripe Login

Using Stripe OAuth, simply log in with your Stripe credentials to securely grant access and permissions to your Stripe account. This process ensures a smooth integration, allowing the Chips platform to manage transactions, subscriptions, and payments on your behalf. Your financial data remains safe, as Stripe's OAuth system is designed with industry-leading security measures to protect your information.

Once the connection has been establish you will see the Added Stripe integration.

  1. Mapping Products from Your Online Business to Chips Platform

From there, click on Map products to start mapping the products you wish to be eligible or reward the consumers with as part of the rewards offers you set up on Chips platform.

  • Access Product Mapping: Go to the “Product Mapping” or “Products” section within your Chips dashboard.

  • Select Products to Map: The platform will display a list of products from your online business, retrieved via the Stripe integration. Select the products you want to map to corresponding reward offers on the Chips platform.

  • Map Products: Choose how each product will be linked to specific rewards, offers, or loyalty points on Chips. You can set up rules for how purchases of these products will earn points, trigger rewards, or be redeemed by users.

  • Save Mapping: After mapping your products, click “Save” to finalize the configuration.
