What are Rewards products?

Rewards products are the special items or services that consumers can redeem using the points or rewards they've accumulated through the Chips platform. These products are typically highly desirable, providing consumers with an added incentive to participate in the loyalty offer. Rewards products can be:

• Exclusive Merchandise: Branded items or limited-edition products that are only available through the rewards program.

• Free Products or Samples: Complimentary items, such as beauty samples, tech gadgets, or trial-sized goods, often given to introduce consumers to new offerings.

Rewards products are selected to appeal to a wide range of consumer preferences, making it easy for users to find something valuable to redeem their chips for.

When setting up a Reward offer, it is set on the right side in the Rewards engine.

If you create Product Rewards offer types, all of them will include the Reward product. To view the offers you create with a Reward product, you would need to click on the Product type of Rewards from the Rewards page.

To view all the products that were set as Reward in any of your offers, go to the Products module.

Choose the Reward filter from the left side in the top of the list.
