**Brand User** = businesses or brands that participate in the platform to offer rewards and incentives to their customers. These brands leverage the loyalty platform as a marketing tool to enhance customer engagement, drive sales, and foster brand loyalty.

**Brand User** is tipically the user that is assigned to at least 1 Brand Profile.

**Who are the Brand Users?**

* **Manufacturers**: Brands producing consumer goods that are sold through retail channels.
* **Retailers**: Physical stores, online retailers, or both, offering products or services to consumers.
* **Online Platforms**: E-commerce websites or marketplaces that facilitate transactions between sellers and buyers.
* **Service Providers**: Businesses offering services such as hospitality, travel, entertainment, or professional services.

**Types of Brand Users:**

**Brand Owners** - Brand owners are the individuals or entities that have legal ownership and control over a brand. They are responsible for overseeing the brand's overall strategy, marketing, and operations.

**Brand Manager** - Brand managers are professionals responsible for the execution and management of a brand's marketing strategy and activities. They typically work under the direction of brand owners to implement marketing campaigns and initiatives.

**Brand Users** - Brand user is the user type with most basic permissions. To contribute to the diversity and breadth of rewards and incentives offered to consumers, brand owners or brand managers can assign custom permissions to this user type.
