Upgrade Plan

To upgrade to a Golden plan, go to Subscription from my Account.

From there, you should be able to see the 2 plans currently available on Chips platform.

Select the Golden plan and click Upgrade to proceed with your new subscription.

Confirm your upgrade.

Once you upgrade, your new plan will be come active with your next billing date. If you wish to start using the new plan right away, contact us and we will make the necessary adjustments.

Your current payment method will be applied, towards the new subscription.

Check your email, to see the email confirming your new subscription.

Starting with your next billing date, you can use the Discount and Membership rewards offers.

1. How do I upgrade my subscription plan?

To upgrade your subscription, log into your account, go to the "Subscriptions" on "My Account" page, and select the plan you wish to upgrade. Once you choose a new plan, follow the prompts to complete the upgrade.

2. Will I lose any features when I upgrade my subscription?

No, upgrading your subscription will only add new features and benefits. All the features from your current plan will still be available, along with the additional features from the upgraded plan.

3. When will I be billed for the upgrade?

When you upgrade your subscription, you may be billed a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle. After that, you’ll be billed the full amount for the new plan at your next billing date.

4. Can I downgrade my plan if I upgrade and find I don’t need the extra features?

Yes, you can downgrade your plan at any time by navigating to your account settings. However, please note that any changes will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

4. What will happen with my Discount and Membership rewards after downgrade?

If you have downgraded from the Gold plan to Silver, all your rewards will stay active, if applicable, until your next billing date. The transactions activity will be kept in your previous offers. You can always deactivate the offers yourself prior to the end of the billing cycle if necessary.
