What are Eligible products?

Eligible products are those items or services that qualify for earning rewards when purchased through participating brands in the Chips Rewards platform. These products are typically marked or tagged by the brand, making it clear to consumers that they will earn points, discounts, or other benefits upon purchase. The range of eligible products can include:

• Everyday Essentials: Groceries, household items, and personal care products that you buy regularly.

• Fashion and Accessories: Clothing, shoes, bags, and other fashion-related items from popular brands.

• Electronics and Gadgets: Smartphones, laptops, and other tech products that contribute to earning substantial rewards.

• Dining and Food Services: Meals, beverages, and snacks purchased at participating restaurants, cafés, or food outlets.

• Travel and Hospitality: Bookings for flights, hotels, or experiences that earn points towards future travel rewards.

Brands can update the list of eligible products regularly, keeping the offers fresh and relevant to consumers.

When setting up an offer, the Eligible product is set on the left side in the Rewards engine.

You can create any type of Rewards offer with an Eligible product.

When you create rewards offers with an Eligible product/service, you can view all of these Eligible products in the Products module.

Choose the Eligible filter from the left side in the top of the list.

When you set an offer with the same product in the Eligible section (left) as in the Reward section (right), this product will show in both tabs on the Product list.
